SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME 

All order would be shipped within 3-5 working days . 

Once the order is shipped, give at least 7-9 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area/pin. UNDELIVERED ITEMS In case the product is not delivered due to incorrect address. It then reaches to us again & you’ll be contacted by the company for a resend.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE 

We do not accept returns at this moment. Only size exchanges will be done i.e. within 6 days of the delivery, once the product reaches the company & if the product passes the check test i.e. no wash, no usage, no tag removal, no perfume applied, no damage done. contact@thegrayclothing.com

REFUNDS 

Refund will be only done if the product is Damaged If you have received a damaged product, we apologies. Please click a picture of the product and email at contact@thegrayclothing.com We will issue a refund or a coupon code.
